Commenting and Viewing the Board Meetings:

• Viewing:  The meeting will be live streamed and available to the public on the live streaming link.
• Public Comment:  Those who wish to address the Board during public comment may do so by completing a speaker card in person. Since this is a Special Board meeting, comments may only be about item 4.1 on the Development of Unity of Purpose and Governance Team Values.
• Each public comment is limited to no more than two (2) minutes (unless otherwise announced by the Board President).
• You must submit this card prior to the discussion of the agenda item you wish to speak to; once an item has begun, cards will not be accepted for that item. For the record, please state your name at the beginning of your statement. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each agenda item to 30 minutes. With Board consent, the President may increase or decrease the time allowed for public presentation, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to be heard. The President may take a poll of speakers for or against a particular issue and may ask that additional persons speak only if they have something new to add.

• Comentario público:  Aquellos que deseen dirigirse a la Mesa Directiva durante los comentarios públicos pueden hacerlo completando una tarjeta de orador en persona. Dado que se trata de una reunión especial, los comentarios solo pueden referirse al punto 4.1 sobre el Desarrollo de la unidad de propósito y los valores del equipo de gobierno.
• Cada comentario público se limitará a no más de dos (2) minutos (a menos que la Presidenta de la Mesa Directiva indique lo contratrio).
• Debe entregar esta tarjeta antes de la discusión del tema de la agenda del que desea hablar; una vez que un artículo ha comenzado no se aceptarán tarjetas para ese artículo. Para que conste, indique su nombre al comienzo de su declaración. La Mesa Directiva limitará el tiempo total para la opinión pública sobre cada tema de la agenda a 30 minutos. Con el consentimiento de la Mesa, la Presidenta podrá aumentar o disminuir el tiempo permitido para la presentación pública, dependiendo del tema y del número de personas que deseen ser escuchadas. La Presidenta puede realizar una encuesta entre los oradores a favor o en contra de un tema en particular y puede pedir que hablen más personas solo si tienen algo nuvo qeu agregar.
