Encompass Transition Age Youth Program (TAY) serves current and former foster, probation placement and homeless youth ages 15-24. The agency provides an array of programs and services including counseling, skill building, and housing navigation. At its resource center, clients receive support with accessing bags of Second Harvest Food, fresh produce, hygiene supplies, and clothing. Individuals can call one of the numbers on the TAY flyer to make an appointment to drop by the resource center located at 530 Ocean St., Santa Cruz, Ca 95060.
