Commenting and Viewing the Board Meetings:

• Viewing:  The meeting will not be available via a live stream nor will it be recorded.
• Public Comment:  Those who wish to address the Board during public comment may do so by completing a speaker card in person before the beginning of the agenda item. Since this is a Special Board meeting, comments may only be about item 4.1 and 4.2.
• Each public comment is limited to no more than two (2) minutes (unless otherwise announced by the Board President). For the record, please state your name at the beginning of your statement. 
• You must submit this card prior to the discussion of the agenda item you wish to speak on; once an item has begun, cards will not be accepted for that item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each agenda item to 30 minutes. With Board consent, the President may increase or decrease the time allowed for public comment, depending on the topic and the number of persons wishing to be heard. The President may take a poll of speakers for or against a particular issue and may ask that additional persons speak only if they have something new to add.

• Ver: La reunión no estará disponible a través de una transmisión en vivo ni será grabada.
• Comentario público:  Aquellos que deseen dirigirse a la Junta de Educación durante los comentarios públicos pueden hacerlo completando una tarjeta de orador en persona antes del inicio del punto del orden del día. Dado que se trata de una reunión especial, los comentarios sólo podrán referirse a los puntos 4.1 y 4.2.
• Cada comentario público se limitará a no más de dos (2) minutos (a menos que el Presidente de la Junta de Educación indique lo contratrio). Para que conste, indique su nombre al inicio de su declaración.
• Debe entregar esta tarjeta antes de que se discuta el punto del orden del día sobre el que desea intervenir; una vez iniciado el punto, no se aceptarán tarjetas para este punto.  La Junta limitará el tiempo total para la participación pública a 30 minutos. Con el consentimiento de la Junta, el Presidente podrá aumentar o disminuir el tiempo permitido para los comentarios públicos, según el tema y el número de personas que deseen ser escuchadas. El Presidente podrá realizar una encuesta de oradores a favor o en contra de un tema en particular y podrá solicitar que intervengan otras personas solo si tienen algo nuevo que aportar.
