Remember:
Absolutely NO medications on the school campus without Doctor's orders. This includes over-the-counter (OTC) medications such as Tylenol, Motrin, cough syrups, cold tablets, herbal remedies and vitamins or other dietary supplements.
Students may self carry asthma inhalers, diabetic care materials and Epi Pens ONLY after Doctor's orders have been obtained.
Please contact the school nurse at your child's school of attendance for proper medication request forms.
