The Pajaro Valley Unified School District (PVUSD) Board of Trustees holds regular Board meetings twice a month, although there are some exceptions, so please be sure to check our meeting schedule. Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings with open session beginning at 7:00pm for most meetings. Please go to the Board meeting schedule page for a schedule of upcoming regular Board meetings and Board agendas for specific agenda items. Additional special meetings and study sessions may be added throughout the year.

The District Office is located at 294 Green Valley Road, Watsonville. Visitors who wish to speak to an item on the agenda should be present at the beginning of the meeting and are asked to fill out a speaker form so that they may be recognized by the Board.
Broadcasting of Board Meetings:
Board meetings are not broadcasted live but they are videotaped and broadcasted for the community to stay up to date on current issues being addressed and decisions being made. The community is able to watch the most recent Board meetings on the following days:

Channel 71 (Charter) and Channel 25 (Comcast): Sundays at 7 pm and Wednesdays at 9 am (note: meetings are played once on the Sunday following the meeting of the Board; it is then repeated continually each each Wednesday until the next board meeting.)
