Whether you are a novice or a power user, PVUSD's Technology Department is commited to supporting our staff and students to the fullest extent of our abilities. Please use our online help desk (Help Box available from the front page of the district web site) to enter a help ticket. Also, take a look at our forms and procedures page or FAQ's and help documents, as they may have the answer you're looking for.

 

We have support contracts with many software companies. This link will take you to a page with the current list of tech support contact information for the various programs that we are using in the district.

Go to the district home page. Click on the technical support button in the bottom left corner of the page. You should be automatically logged in. If instead you are prompted with a password prompt, you will need to put in your username and password.

If you see a three line login
User Name: First_Last
Password: District Password
Domain: PVUSD

If you see a two line login

User Name: First_Last@pvusd.net
Password: District Password

Users that already have passwords in the help ticket data base need to use this link:
